About Cypress Ministries

 

Greetings.

 

Following in God's direction,
and the Way of Faith to spiritual health and healing, as we simply come to know God; while helping people God's way, and making Jesus' Name known.

 "Give ear, O heavens, and I will speak; And hear, O earth, the words of my mouth. Let my teaching drop as the rain, My speech distill as the dew, As raindrops on the tender herb, And as showers on the grass. For I proclaim the name of the Lord: Ascribe greatness to our God. He is the Rock, His work is perfect; For all His ways are justice, A God of truth and without injustice; Righteous and upright is He"(Deut 32:1-4 NKJV).

First and foremost, we seek with all our hearts to worship and honor God with our lives, and in all that we do. Our sole purpose for this ministry is to make Jesus name known. We desire to help others who are hungry for God's Word (and thirsty for a deeper relationship with Him); and who are seeking to learn how to listen to the leading of His Holy Spirit while walking in the way of faith (one step at a time), to spiritual health and healing.

It can be difficult to understand how God’s Word applies to our lives now-a-days, so we want to help others to learn how to walk out life, not only in a manner pleasing to God, but to also see how the truth of His Word connects with our everyday life now, thus enabling us to live victoriously through Christ. And thereby developing a heart of worship that will honor God, and allow His light to be shown through us to others.

We truly believe God desires His people to KNOW HIM personally, not just more about Him. There are a lot of hurting people out there, and Jesus' message is simple: "Come to me all who are weary, and I will give you rest." We here at Cypress Ministries are simply His servants, and willing vessels, who want to make HIS NAME known, and to help spread His Good News wherever God would lead us to go, while holding hands in fellowship, with Christ-like friendship and love.

Knowing Who God Is, Believing What God Says,

& Worshipping God because HE IS GOD.

Though our primary call is to feed God's people, meaning feeding those who are hungry (and thirsty) for a deeper relationship with God through the teaching of His Word. We also have a deep burden as well, to bring a message of HOPE to the brokenhearted and downcast. To show them that all is not lost, and that through Jesus Christ there is spiritual health and healing, and eternal life.
